Are your pieces made from real gold and silver?
Yes. Most of our pendants are crafted from 925 sterling silver and plated with 18K gold for lasting shine and durability.

Is the chain included with the pendant?
Chains are sold together with the pendant and/or separately so you can choose the length and style that suits your intention.

Do your pieces come with certification?
Yes. Select items include CNAS-certified documentation. You’ll see this noted on the product page.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We avoid high-concern chemicals and use hypoallergenic materials whenever possible. If you have specific sensitivities, feel free to reach out.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you’d like to swap for a different symbol or style, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
