Are your pieces made from real gold and silver?
Yes. Most of our pendants are crafted from 925 sterling silver and plated with 18K gold for lasting shine and durability.
Is the chain included with the pendant?
Chains are sold together with the pendant and/or separately so you can choose the length and style that suits your intention.
Do your pieces come with certification?
Yes. Select items include CNAS-certified documentation. You’ll see this noted on the product page.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We avoid high-concern chemicals and use hypoallergenic materials whenever possible. If you have specific sensitivities, feel free to reach out.

What’s your return policy?
Due to the deeply personal and energetic nature of our crystals and jewelry, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been shipped.
Why is this policy in place?
We believe in the powerful, energetic bond that forms between a crystal and its keeper. From the moment a crystal is chosen for you, it begins attuning to your unique energy field. This sacred connection is why crystals are such powerful tools for intention and healing.
To accept a returned crystal and transfer it to a new owner would disrupt this energetic imprint. We hold the integrity of each crystal's journey as a paramount value, ensuring that the energy work you begin with your piece remains solely yours. This policy protects both your personal energy and that of our community, honoring the sacred trust you place in us when you invite one of these natural treasures into your life.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, only if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect. Please contact us at info@brieandmarie.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange inquiry.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@brieandmarie.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will gladly work with you to find a resolution, which may include an exchange or store credit.
